The Governments response to Bishop James Jones’ report on Hillsborough

Six years and seven Home Secretary’s later the Government finally responded to Bishop James Jones’ report on Hillsborough.

But as I said to the Lord Chancellor in the Chamber today, this response does not go far enough. It doesn’t deliver on the key recommendation of a duty of candour.
